Very easy to use and making my process much more predictable - very happy with the purchase

This was a gift, and to be honest, not one I would have bought for myself, especially for the price. But now that it is living here, I am finding the consistency it brings to my sourdough process is a big help! I have a busy schedule, and being more accurately able to plan bulk fermentation makes baking life smoother!

The Sourhouse Starter Jar was a great starting point for my second attempt at my sourdough journey. This jar is small, aesthetically pleasing, and I successfully started my starter (Leo) again!

This is what I have been missing. Cold house and now my dough rises and my bread turns out great every time

My kitchen runs cold in the winter with the warmer for the starter and the double bowl…… cut down my proofing time

The pint works well for my baking needs.

As the weather gets cooler I am really appreciating my doughbed and how it keeps the dough at a constant warm temperature and keeps my bulk fermentation times consistent and manageable. This product does what it claims and that is what I need it to do. The size and shape of the bowl make coil folds easy and it looks nice sat on the counter when in use, and is easy to store when not.

Omg I love these products! I had been using weck glass jars and they DO NOT COMPARE to these jars. The glass is very high quality and easy to clean, I am ordering more to have as backup. Also the goldie heating element is a GAME CHANGER, never had a better starter, as it keeps it at the prime temperature. Run don’t walk to buy all of there products!! 🥳🥳

Love this jar for starter! It’s very sleek and there’s no ridges/crevices for starter to crust on it, making it very easy to clean! I previously had weck jars, and I like this one much better.
