Shipping policy
We ship to many countries in the world from our USA and China based warehouses.
Shipping pricing and time is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times are an estimate.
We estimate 1-3 days handling (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare your order to ship.
We do not fulfill US and Canadian orders on US holidays or weekends.
We do not fulfill the rest of the world on Chinese holidays or weekends.
Shipments that could not be delivered due to an inaccurately provided address (including failure to update an old address) will incur additional costs to be reshipped. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please be aware that we cannot mark any shipments as gifts due to legality issues.
Please take care to receive you packages in a secure manor. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the address you provided.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for your package and delivery. For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping carrier. Please visit the carrier’s website for instructions on how to make a claim.
EU Friendly! We ship to the EU Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).
UK VAT: We will collect UK VAT on your behalf at checkout.
Canada DDP Shipping Option: We now offer a duties paid shipping option to Canada. You would need to select it at checkout. Otherwise you will be responsible for duties when it arrives at the border. We are unable to estimate duties for Canadian orders.
VAT & Taxes everywhere else: Customers from all other countries (Mexico, Asia, S. America, Australia, New Zealand, etc) are responsible for their own VAT, customs fees, and other taxes.
