These are just what you have been looking for! Got 2 large, since I bake a lot! Hold plenty, easy to clean, and easy to maintain. Cannot believe no one thought of these before this.

I preordered the DoughBed in early December as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. It arrived in April as promised. He has used it multiple times since it arrived and is absolutely thrilled with it! It is a quality piece of equipment and delivers unbelievable results. It is a must-have item for serious sour dough bakers.

I am really enjoying it! It's nice that it keeps the temp up without having to use the oven, and I like not having to use a towel or Saran wrap over a bowl. I'm still figuring out proofing with it, partially because I'm not used to working with dough that is that warm. Partially because the dough temp varies. One side might be 1-2 degrees warmer than the other. But overall I think it's wonderful 😊.

I noticed a big difference in the quality of my sourdough using the doughbed. Highly recommend.

Have used this a few times. I appreciate being able to keep a constant temperature. And it looks good on the counter.
