The UFO Bread Journey features engraving designed by Anna Gabur, whose intricate, decorative scoring is admired around the world. The lame itself is the original circular bread lame, designed and made by Wire Monkey in Connecticut, and its fine control is made for exactly the kind of artistic scoring Anna is known for. Solid American black walnut or maple with stainless steel hardware, ambidextrous, with a retractable blade for safety.
